We are hiring an experienced Field Sales Specialist for one of the DSS Group companies, Magnus Opto System India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth in the microscopy sector, focusing on academic and research solutions. Leveraging their technical expertise and a strategic sales approach, they will identify and qualify leads, fostering opportunities with both new and existing customers in the field of microscopy including image analysis software and high-end cameras & lenses. This role is best suited for a science and technology enthusiast with a passion for sales and business development.

Job Description:

• Building a strong pipeline of prospective customers, nurturing leads, and successfully converting them into sales.
• Achieve overall sales and product range wise targets within an assigned territory
• Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and conduct competitors’ analysis.
• Assisting the Product marketing team in seminars, training courses, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and execute sales strategies for the territory.
• Use CRM for managing product and customer related information.
• Handling full product sales cycle including payment collection.
• Prepare a monthly travel plan and report daily activity updates to the reporting manager.
• Work closely with the service and application team to support customer query resolution.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to visit customers as and when needed.

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.
• Strong technical and product knowledge of Microscopes or similar medical equipment
• understanding of IVF equipment & consumables markets.
• Hands-on experience in using G Suits, MS Office, and CRM.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Positive attitude with good team player skills

Qualification:

• B. Tech / M. Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Lifesciences) similar domain
• MBA (will be an add-on)

Experience:

2 – 5 Yrs

Additional Skills (If Any):

• Preference will be given to the person with prior experience in selling Microscopy products.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics industry or manufacturing.

Position Title: QMS Executive- Asst Manager

Base Location: Noida

Primary Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) of the organization, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. They will conduct internal audits, support certifications, manage documentation, and drive corrective actions to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Job Description:

• Support certification and compliance activities as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Ensure documentation control, procedure compliance, and systematic archival of quality records.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits and ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Collect departmental KPIs monthly and prepare consolidated Management Review reports.
• Maintain ISO 14001:2015 EMS compliance and manage hazardous waste documentation and training activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for medical devices in accordance with CDSCO guidelines and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and certifications.
• Support the implementation of Risk Management processes in line with ISO 14971:2019.
• Conduct employee training sessions on quality and environmental policies.
• Utilize quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis, and CAPA methodologies.

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 14971 standards.
• Proficiency in handling CAPA, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with CDSCO regulations and audit preparation.

Qualification:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences
• OR
• B.Tech in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Additional certifications in Quality Management or Regulatory Affairs preferred)

Experience:

3–4 years of experience in the Medical Device or Laboratory Industry. (Experience in ISO certifications, internal audits, and regulatory compliance is preferred)
